Good size bed. Staff helpful and friendly. Pajamas were 2 pieces so that was comfortable. Room temperature was just right. You can adjust it yourself. Towels, pjs, water, tea/coffee was replenished daily and left in bag on door. Huge selection of toiletries to choose from in the lobby. Including lotions and facial cleanser. Vinyl flooring with area rug. Used the Airport Limousine to Haneda from Sunshine City bus depot.

I didn't make it to breakfast (mainly because I wanted to eat elsewhere). Although the room was on the smaller size than I am used to, it was very comfortable for a single. The room is very quiet - I was not expecting that, and I slept extremely well. The bathroom was also small, but provided everything needed. Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water, a deep bathtub if one wanted to use, a Japanese toilet - hairdryer and some of the best amenities I have ever used in a hotel! The amenities were supplemented in the lobby with almost everything you could ever need, generously supplied. The adapter I had with me didn't work for my laptop, and reception was able to produce one for me to borrow for the duration of my stay. Housekeeping supply fresh towels and in-room amenities everyday - including a pair of pyjamas! The location is brilliant - short walk up the road to Ikebukuro Station, many, many dining opportunities nearby. Just a 10 minute walk to the Narita Airport Bus service. Staff were always friendly and welcoming.

Great location less than a ten minute walk from Ikebukuro station, with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. A good breakfast buffet included, making it excellent value for the money. Garbage is picked up and towels replaced without coming into the room, so you can sleep late and come and go as you please. Bathtub seems roomier than those in most business hotels.

I stayed at Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara during my previous trip to Tokyo, and the experience made me feel like I must stay at a Resol hotel again next time. That's why I chose HOTEL RESOL IKEBUKURO this time, and as expected, Resol didn't disappoint me. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the room quality perfectly matches its price. I will definitely choose a Resol hotel again when I visit Japan in future.

This hotel was located in a great part of Tokyo - out of the craziness of Shibuya but really close to the train station for easy access across the city. The rooms were a really great size considering being in the heart of Tokyo and everything was very clean and well presented. The breakfast was good and was a good start to the day.

I had a chance to try out a few business hotels including Resol, APA and Tokyo. There products are all very similar in the same price point, with near identical layout and size, however I found Resol to be the friendliest and I liked their warm minimalist design, with pastel colours, wood finishing and carpet. The breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff were friendly. I would definitely return on my next visit.

I stayed on the ladies only floor which is really nice. I didn't go to the other floors so I don't know if it's different. The ladies floor had a pleasant scent as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. The toiletries provided are from Kose, and are provided daily, including a packet of bath salts for your daily soak. They even had an air purifier and a flat iron provided in the room! The room is small like most Tokyo hotel rooms, but I didn't have a big suitcase, so it wasn't an issue for me. It was really comfortable and lovely to stay in this room. There was a Lawson just at the corner of the block and was very convenient to grab a drink or a snack whenever.

In the Ikebukuro area which has lots of shops. It was worth the price for a hotel in Tokyo and it included breakfast which was nice.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were super attentive, always on point. Plus, getting fresh pajamas every day was a sweet touch. Location-wise, it’s a winner - right in the heart of everything. Made my stay super convenient and enjoyable. Check out time is also convinient is at 11!!
